We work hard to keep your payment and personal information safe. Our Website and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) are hosted via Squarespace; which is among the best available options today for web hosting / secure commerce transactions.

Payment Methods:

We accept payments to our Online Store via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay), PayPal, and Gift Cards purchased from our Online Store. *

*Purchasing a digital Gift Card creates a unique code that will be sent to your email. This unique code can be can be entered at checkout to subtract from the order total. Gift Cards can also be used for services at our facility. All Gift Card sales are final.

Shipping Policy:

Free Shipping on all orders shipping within the United States. *

  • In-stock orders will ship within (2) business days via USPS Priority. We will update the order status and send you tracking information as soon as possible.

  • International customers can purchase our products online via our Ebay Store. As of now, we do not ship internationally on our website.

  • Free color samples of our Headliner Fabric Replacement Kits are only available to customers within the United States.

Pricing:

All prices are in USD unless otherwise noted at checkout.  Prices of products / services are subject to change without prior notification.  

How to return your item(s):

If you wish to return your item(s), please send us a message with your Order Number and a brief description of the issue. Once we’ve replied and approved your return request, please ensure the item(s) are properly packaged and ship them to the following address:

Once we receive the item(s) back, we will inspect them and then will initiate a refund of the total purchase price back to your original payment method within (5) business days. If you have any questions regarding our return policy, please contact us.

Important notes regarding our return policy:

  • The buyer must contact us to initiate a return within (30) days of receiving their item.

  • Unless otherwise agreed upon, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning their item(s).

  • The merchandise must be in new / unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories included.

  • Returns will be subject to our $15.00 restocking fee.

  • These return policies apply to all products sold on our website, excluding Gift Cards.

*We reserve the right to deny a refund based on the condition of the item(s) when we receive them. If the merchandise being returned is determined not to be defective / damaged as described by the buyer upon their initial receipt of said item(s), or the issue with the order is not related to an error of our causing, applicable restocking fees may be applied.

Defective Product(s) and Returns Due to Our Error:

If there are mistakes with your order, we’ll make it right by replacing the product or issuing a refund after receipt of the defective / damaged item. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe your item(s) to be defective, or if there was an error processing your order.

Products Damaged in Shipping:

If your item(s) were damaged in shipping, please notify us as soon as possible so we can work to resolve the issue with you.

Keep your original shipping box / packing and report the damage to the freight carrier within 72 hours of receipt of the item(s). Be sure to obtain a damage claim number.

Missing Item(s):

Please contact us concerning any missing item(s) in your order within 72 hours of delivery.

Backorders:

If an ordered item is temporarily out of stock, it will be placed on backorder and you will be notified as soon as possible. All backorders will be shipped as soon as stock is replenished.

Order Cancellation:

If you would like to cancel your order from our Online Store, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet been shipped. We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason.

Disclaimer:

We strongly encourage that you contact us before proceeding with your installation / repair if you need instructions on how to properly use our products. We are not responsible for any damage done to your vehicle or other personal property while using our products, and furthermore, make no guarantees regarding the final results of any installation or repair done by someone other than an employee of our company.
